摘要 (英语) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar-structure heating structure for a building enabled in stable heating and excellent in execution performance. SOLUTION: The planar-structure heating structure is constituted by installing a heating function in planar structures (floors) of the building and includes a sheet-shaped electric heater 8 attached to back faces of the planar structures 1A, 2A, 3 and a field foamed polyuretane layer 15 sprayed and foamed from the upper side of the electric heater 8 to back faces of the planar structures 1A, 2A, 3. In the heating structure, the field foamed polyuretane layer 15 serving as a heat insulating layer is formed with almost no clearance regardless of irregularities on the back faces of the planar structures 1A, 2A, 3 including the electric heater 8 so as to suppress deterioration in heating efficiency caused by clearances. Thus, the thickness of the field foamed polyuretane layer 15 can be adjusted easily in accordance with a work execution place such as a cold place and a warm place so as to achieve favorable heating efficiency. According to this heating structure, it forms substantially without gap, without basing the in-situ-foam polyurethane layer 15 used as a heat insulation layer on the unevenness|corrugation of the back surface of the surface-structure bodies 1A, 2A, and 3 including the electric heater 8, and the heating efficiency fall by a clearance gap is suppressed. A cold region|area, a warm place, etc. can adjust easily the thickness of the in-situ-foam polyurethane layer 15 according to a construction site, and can implement|achieve favorable heating efficiency. 摘要 - DWPI The heating structure has a flooring material (1A) and a lining plywood (2A) supported with a pair of joists (3) parallely arranged and separated at an interval of about 30cm. A sheet-like electric heater (8) emits heat at temperature of 60-80 degree Celsius, and is attached between the joists at a back surface of the lining plywood using a double-sided adhesive tape (7). An in-situ foam polyurethane layer (15) is formed on the back surface of the lining plywood by spraying polyurethane from the electric heater. A tube is fixed at the back surface of the lining plywood. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for constructing a surface structure body heating structure. Heating structure for heating a surface-structure body e.g. floor of building. Can also be used for heating a wall and ceiling of building. The foam polyurethane layer is formed on the back surface of the lining plywood by spraying the polyurethane from the electric heater, thus forming the foam polyurethane layer without gap, and hence avoiding peeling of the foam polyurethane layer by pressure. The foam polyurethane layer is formed without performing cutting process, thus reducing the time required for construction and installation cost of the heating structure. The thickness of the polyurethane layer is easily adjusted according to a construction site, thus achieving improved heating efficiency.
